Phase 3: Produce
This is where we create what we agreed should be created when we agreed on the plan. Traditional advertising. Social media. Whatever experience and strategic data tell us will work with your audiences. (For samples, see Solutions.)
Regular meetings and progress reports keep everybody in the loop.
There is one caveat: When you’re in the throes of creating something new and exciting (“you” meaning anyone involved in the process, including you), ideas start flying like it’s O’Hare. Great ideas.
But part of our job is to play the navigator to your pilot. So if an idea you love doesn’t mesh with the plan, well, we have to stay the course and save the idea for another time. (Plan the work and work the plan.)
