Thread Refreshes Brand and Adopts New Tagline: “Connect. Simply.”

Unveiling the evolution of our new brand identity is very exciting! We’ve modernized and updated our trademark logo, and a fresh vibe is running through all of our branded communications and client experiences.

“Connect. Simply.” is our new tagline. But, it’s really more than that. It stems from a deep-rooted philosophy. It’s how we work, what we strive for, and what truly sets up apart.

In a world of growing communications complexity, we believe there is incredible power in finding simple, effective ways to engage with our clients and their customers. Now, our brand embodies the company we’ve become.

Thread has been on an upward trajectory over the past decade, and specifically for the past several years. We’re a continuously evolving, forward-thinking firm with the experience and clear vision to help clients grow.

The key to the effort was enhancing Thread’s brand mark and creating a new tagline to work seamlessly in all situations and platforms while preserving three decades of heritage. We’re proud of the fact that we’ve been providing integrated marketing services to local, regional, national, and even international clients since 1986.

Throughout the past year, you may have noticed that we’ve been rolling out the evolved brand with improved company signage and strategic changes in company leadership. Most notably, Judy McFarland was elevated to Chief Executive Officer and the firm’s majority owner. Following Judy’s transition to CEO, Thread received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Development Center.

To better serve clients, we also expanded our senior leadership to include Brian Tipping, Executive Vice President, Strategy and Integration; Lex Hultquist, Vice President of Digital Engagement; and, Rod Frysinger, Vice President of Client Development.

As Judy has said, “Brian, Lex and Rod create a competitive advantage for Thread and our clients. They are all extremely talented and truly ‘Connect. Simply.’ It’s in their DNA.”
